50 brand-new homes planned for Callendar Farm in Nuneaton
We have been given planning permission for 50 brand-new houses at Callendar Farm in Nuneaton, Warwickshire. We will be working in partnership with Vistry, offering a range of one, two, three, and four-bedroom homes. The proposed scheme will include 37 affordable rent and 13 Shared Ownership properties.
The site is currently under construction by Vistry, who will themselves offer a total of 201 properties, 151 of which will be market sale.
Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council granted planning permission for phase 2 of Callendar Farm in February 2020. The scheme will deliver 850 new homes in total, as well as a community centre, primary school and a new access point off the A5. The first sale is expected to be completed by December 2022.
A reserved matters application has been submitted by Vistry and is awaiting imminent approval.

The scheme has been designed using Vistry standard house types, however, the units will be built to Orbit Homes specification standards.
