A new home and a fresh start with Shared Ownership at Calthorpe Gardens

We’re always excited to hand our purchasers the keys to their new home and Matt is no exception. He recently purchased a new home at our popular Calthorpe Gardens development in Banbury and couldn’t be happier.

The energy efficiency of his new home is making a difference too: “I am already in credit for both my gas and electric bills – I am saving money for sure, which leaves me more in my pocket”.

Matt told us: “I love my new home; it’s a new start for me. And all my family and friends love it too - my mum wants to move in!”
