New year, new home at Savant Court, Lichfield

Meet Peter, a Construction Consultant who celebrated the new year by moving into his brand-new home at Savant Court in Lichfield.

Peter had been saving steadily for his deposit whilst living at home with his parents, and after living in a village, he wanted his new home to be closer to work and local amenities. Peter remembers; “The sales consultant was very helpful and liaised with the site manager for any changes I needed.”

Now that he has made the move into home ownership, Peter has this advice for other first-time buyers; “Save as much as you can, find a good mortgage broker and research what government schemes are on offer, such as the Lifetime ISA”.
