Norwich charity receives cracking Easter egg and toys donation from Orbit Homes

Easter activities from The Hamlet Charity in Norwich will be even sweeter thanks to a chocolate and toy-filled donation from affordable housebuilder, Orbit Homes.

The housebuilder’s colleagues based in the East donated over 100 Easter eggs and dozens of ‘Fidget Fun’ sensory toys for The Hamlet Charity to share with the children, adults and families it works with.

The Hamlet Charity provide support for children, young people and adults with disabilities and complex health needs in Norwich and across Norfolk. The charity’s range of services includes pre-school, stay and play sessions, holiday clubs and family support groups.

Ray Winney, Regional Managing Director for Orbit Homes, commented: “As a housebuilder with a deeply rooted social purpose we’re committed to making a positive impact in our local communities and recognise how important the support provided by The Hamlet Charity is to the local area. We hope that these donations will help the charity to make Easter a little bit more special to the children and families they’ll be supporting this month.”
