Orbit Homes and Stonebond awarded Social Housing Development of the Year for affordable homes partnership in St Neots

Leading affordable housebuilder, Orbit Homes, is celebrating alongside partnerships- developer Stonebond after winning the award for Social Housing Development of the Year at Premier Guarantee’s Excellence Awards.

Premier Guarantee, one of the leading providers of warranty and building control in the UK, stage their Excellence Awards annually to celebrate the very best standards in the housebuilding industry.

After inspecting sites from some of the UK’s leading housebuilders and developers, the partnership between Orbit Homes and Stonebond at Wintringham in St Neots was recognised as the standout Social Housing Development of the Year.

Orbit Homes and Stonebond’s homes at Wintringham were recognised after demonstrating the highest standards in health and safety, site management, cooperation and workmanship during inspectors’ visits.
