Orbit Homes completes delivery of 48 affordable homes in Attleborough

Leading affordable housebuilder, Orbit Homes, recently partnered with Repton Property Developments of Norfolk County Council and Lovell to deliver 48 affordable homes in Attleborough, with the completion of its Saxon Heath development.

Offering a range of one, two and three bedroom homes for Shared Ownership and social rent, Saxon Health follows Orbit Homes’ tenure blind approach, with each home also featuring its all-inclusive specification to ensure the highest quality.

The seamless completion process has been appreciated by customers, with one of Saxon Heath’s new residents, Victoria, commenting: “Orbit Homes were so helpful. Any problems I had never felt like a burden to them. I got a nice treat when I moved in and a goodie bag. It was all really nice.”

Victoria also thanked the Orbit Homes team for their excellent customer service throughout: “They've been really helpful and gone out of their way to help me. It's a really nice house.”
