Orbit Homes continues its delivery of affordable homes in Herne Bay with new development underway in partnership with Stonebond

Orbit Homes, in partnership with Stonebond, has commenced construction of 100 properties in Herne Bay.

This marks the second Orbit Homes development being delivered in partnership with Stonebond, which together provides 178 new homes to further the availability of affordable homes in Herne Bay.

Rosewood, which is located on Bullockstone Road, is our third collection of affordable homes under construction in the area, sitting alongside our offerings at the neighbouring Bluebell Gardens and our Pearson Heights development in Whitstable.

Rosewood will comprise a range of one and two-bedroom apartments and three and four-bedroom houses. Homes will be available in a mix of tenures, including 57 for Shared Ownership, 34 for Affordable Rent and nine as Rent to Buy.

All Orbit Homes properties at Rosewood will include flooring and turf to front and rear gardens as standard.

With works underway on the site, the first homes are set to be ready next summer.
