Orbit Homes enters into contract on two deals for 58 affordable homes in the Midlands
Orbit Homes has successfully entered into contract on two brand-new sites in the Midlands.
We will deliver 58 homes at the sites, with completions during the period of 2022 and 2025. These developments will offer a mixed tenure of social rent, affordable rent and shared ownership.
Callendar Farm in Nuneaton, Warwickshire, will deliver 37 affordable rent and 13 Shared Ownership properties, as part of the S106 agreement in collaboration with Vistry Partnerships.
Gouldens View in the village of Norton, just outside of Daventry, will be developed in partnership with Snowden Homes and the Northamptonshire Rural Housing Association. The site will include five social rented homes and three shared ownership homes, developed on a rural exception site, to ensure the homes will benefit the residents of the village.
