Orbit Homes launch new Shared Ownership homes in Whitstable at Pearson Heights
We have welcomed prospective homeowners to our latest affordable development, Pearson Heights in Whitstable, to officially launch the show home and sales complex.
Those who came along were amongst the first to take a tour of the new four-bedroom show home, and were also given the opportunity to get free financial and moving advice from Orbit Homes’ expert team.
Pearson Heights offers a collection of 29 affordable homes for purchase through Shared Ownership, in a choice of one, two and three-bedroom apartments and four-bedroom houses.
Shared Ownership homes at Pearson Heights will include our all-inclusive specification, which offers features such as an integrated fridge freezer and dishwasher, Amtico flooring and carpet throughout, turf and patio to rear gardens, landscaping to front gardens and downlights and pendants throughout as standard.
Homes at Pearson Heights will also use Air Source Heat Pump heating systems, making them more energy efficient and offering benefits towards customers’ running costs.
Pravin Amarasinghe, Sales and Marketing Director at Orbit Homes, commented: “We are delighted to have formally launched Pearson Heights, continuing our drive to provide more much-needed affordable homes in the local area.
“It was exciting to welcome those from the local area to our brand-new show home and give them a closer look at a collection of homes that are ideal for first-time buyers, young couples, families and downsizers alike, and which feature a specification that includes so many essential finishes as standard.
“Our experienced sales team will be at our Pearson Heights sales office every day for viewings of our show home and we encourage those looking to take advantage of the benefits that Shared Ownership offers to contact us to find out more and book a viewing.”
