Orbit Homes unveil plans to deliver 162 brand-new affordable houses in Norfolk

We are excited to unveil plans to deliver 162 brand-new houses in Harleston, Norfolk.

The proposed development on Spirkett's Lane will be 100% affordable, offering a range of social rent and Shared Ownership homes.  The scheme will be delivered subject to planning permission by Inside Land Group and Orbit Homes. The start date for the scheme is late 2024, with work expected to conclude in 2028.
