Orbit welcomes the easing of Government guidance on Covid restrictions. However, our teams operate in close contact with visitors and purchasers, and our updated risk assessment still requires social distancing measures for visitors to our sales offices, for the protection of our teams and customers. Planned appointments help us ensure these visits adhere to guidelines regarding social distancing, with all appointments lasting up to one hour.

Booking an appointment:
Customers are encouraged to contact Orbit Homes to book an appointment at one of our developments or find out more information about our strategy to ensure everyone’s safety. If you would like to make an appointment, please familiarise yourself with the following guidelines:
Before arriving at our sales offices:
- Viewings are to be booked for up to one-hour slots. Please request your appointment online or by phone/email and contact details must be provided.
- Customers must be free of Covid-19 symptoms before booking an appointment. You will need to confirm this via email or phone call and on arrival to your appointment.
- We can only allow a maximum of two visitors for each appointment and would prefer for children not to attend if possible.
On arrival and during your appointment:
- Our sales team will brief you on arrival about your visit and provide you with any specific instructions to follow.
- Please use the hand sanitiser provided for both customers and staff during appointments.
- We request that face coverings are worn during your appointment (they may be removed in certain seated situations when guided).
- Observe and adhere to markers placed on the floor to assist in maintaining social distancing.
- Apologies, we will not be able to offer refreshments or provide access to toilets during your visit.
- Surfaces and contact points will be wiped before and after every appointment.
