Orbit Homes welcomes new Regional Managing Director in the South

Orbit Homes, has welcomed a new Regional Managing Director to work across Kent, East and West Sussex, Surrey, and the South London boroughs.

Brian Nearney joins with a wealth of experience in housebuilding and development, where he has held a number of Director and Board level positions. Brian will play a key role in leading the Orbit Homes regional team across land acquisition, construction, HS&E, sales and marketing, and customer care.

Commenting on his appointment, Brian said: “I’m really pleased to have joined the Orbit Homes team helping to build on its strong social purpose, its focus on community investment and delivering affordable, high-quality, sustainable new homes.
