Orbit launches affordable homes in the heart of rural Suffolk

Orbit is launching a brand-new collection of much-needed affordable homes in Beck Row, Suffolk with a launch event taking place on Saturday 27th June for viewings by appointment only. Elm Farm is a small development of two and three-bedroom houses available through the Shared Ownership scheme, where 25% of a property can be purchased for as little as £51,328 with just a 5% deposit. Not only this but purchasers are being offered £1,000 towards moving fees to help further with the cost of moving home*.

The development is in a beautiful semi-rural location, surrounded by stunning Suffolk countryside and a short distance from local village amenities.
