Orbit presents Cavendish View another brand-new collection of affordable homes in Suffolk

Following the successful completion of its all-affordable development at Elm Farm in Beck Row, Orbit is confident that Cavendish View will be equally as popular.

Cavendish View is a small development of semi-detached and terrace houses available through the Shared Ownership scheme, where 40% of a property can be purchased for as little as £96,000 with just a 5% deposit – making them ideal for first time buyers.
