We are launching our new development in Soham... reserve now at Felix Park!

We are unveiling a brand-new collection of two, three and four-bedroom houses in Soham, Cambridgeshire.  Felix Park, will open two show homes plus a view home on Saturday 22nd and Sunday 23rd January 2022 for potential buyers to view. 

Prices at Felix Park will start from £285,000 for a three-bedroom and £375,000 for a four-bedroom property. The first homes will be available for occupation in Spring/ Summer 2022.

Historically occupied by the Romans, people have been settling in around Soham since the Bronze Age. Even greater evidence of the town’s ancient past was discovered at an Orbit Homes specialist archaeological dig, which was carried out before construction of Felix Park began.

Excavation of the area revealed traces of a settlement thought to be from the Bronze Age. The dig uncovered pottery, animal and plant remains, as well we evidence of some Roman ditches. Earlier signs of activity have also been unearthed, going back as far as 2,500 BC.

Properties at Felix Park have been designed with energy-efficiency in mind, including infrastructure for electric car charging, helping to reduce customer energy bills and lessen the environmental impact.
